Help & Support
Here for you
How our support workers will help you
Once we have made contact with you, we will arrange for an initial appointment which takes about 45 minutes to an hour and will involve completing a self-assessment form, where there is domestic abuse we will complete a DASH risk assessment with you and we will build an outcome star and complete a Rosenburg test which enables us to track progress and monitor the impact we have.
Further FREE 1:1 support for 1 year will be arranged along with signposting to other organisations and, if needed, professional counseling. Our aim is to provide a safe, loving environment conducive to building self-esteem and confidence. Our objective is to help you through the crisis and beyond.
